Can someone identify the following running tasks in W98.

SGREGSVR
MWPROENG
AICRMON or ALCRMON

I cannot find any reference to them on the net.

SGREGSVR - somthing to do with sage accounts
MWPROENG - somthing to do with mouseware
AICRMON - somthing to do with a usb flash card device

Here's a website with a very comprehensive list of stuff you'll find loading in the background. It's a little confusing to navigate but it has thousands of listings with information about malware/spyware etc. It's also slow (it's in Britain).
