mysql run window question thanks

hi

i installed mysql and phpMyAdmin on win2k iis.
i aslo installed mssql in win2k in the past.
after installed mysql, i typed mysqld-nt start and mysqladmin -u root password '1234'.

i set

http://localhost/phpMyAdmin,

localhost, root and password in localhost/phpMyAdmin/config.ini.php

after that, i browsed

http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/index.php.

it poped error.

is it reason that mysql and mssql are same os?or other reason?!

have you editted the config.inc.php to include the new name and password for the mysql server?
