What do you mean with mysql-databases?!? Do you want to create a database using powerbuilder?
Well you can create a database using SQL scripts to create the tables and columns but not use powerbuilder to act as a database.
Can you give more information on what you want because that question doesn't make sence to me. Sorry =(

If you can get the ODBC for MySQL then YES. I have not tried MySQL but I have used PowerBuilder and OBDC to get at odd files like TXT and old FoxPro tables. The main SQL servers will have an OBDC connector.
