mysql and dynamic textbox

Please help
As anyone got an example of how I can populate a drop down menu, when a users selects an option from the previous drop down menu.

Basically

Dropdown 1 =
Location
London
Bristol,
Bath


Say the user selects 'Bath' I want all the offices in Bath to appear in the 2nd drop down menu from the table of the DB.

I know javascript is involved
