my xp trys to load then it retrys and retrys and so on....

it goes to loading and then it won't go to logging on personal settings then it goes to blackscreen and reloads again and fails...over and over again ... whats wrong ????

Try to break the cycle by going into Safe Mode and selecting the "Last Known Good Configuration" option.

Have you added any new hardware lately? If so try to remove it physically.

If not and you can't boot, there are two options you can try.

While in Recovery Console you could try running Chkdsk.

The other option is repairing windows itself by running it over itself. You will lose all your windows updates but your files will be untouched.
