My VPN keeps disconnecting me

I have a Win2k server setup as a VPN server. I have created a VPN client using the CMAK supplied with Windows 2000 server. All my clients connect using PPTP and have no problem except one of my users who keeps getting disconnected after 1-2 minutes of being connected. I have checked the event logs and they report that the session was ended by the user, which is not true. I have also checked to make sure that there was no timeout feature on the client PC. Any ideas?
