My telephone thinks it is an agent

Strange one this

I have a definity G3Si V11 and have eas-mia skill based routing

I have one phone in the office which seems to be answering calls itself, the agent complains that his figures show him answering more calls than his turret show from view figures, so I have logged onto his phone with a skill that receives no calls, and i started getting calls from another skill, i have checked useage and there is no leakage of calls to the skill i used

If i busy out and release the port the problem goes for a while, but i really can't think how this would happen.... any ideas??

The next time that happens status the agent's ID as if it were a station."status station xxxx" Look at the screen and see where it is CF Destination Ext. is going to. This may givev you some clues to what is happening. When you busy a port or station that an agent is logged into it will log that agent out.
