I'm running a Win2k server, 1Ghz, now 384MB Ram, 20GB.
When I installed Win2k I had only 128MB of physical memory and the RAM was overloaded all the time. So I bought 256MB Ram. The first three days after I had installed it, everything was fine and only 50% of the memory was used. But after another three days the memory was overloaded again. I found out that LSASS.exe is using 63MB of my physical memory. Could you tell me how to solve this problem?

Thanks a lot.

Lsass.exe may continually take up bytes on a Windows 2000-based domain controller until the computer is out of resources.
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the following Microsoft products.
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000 Advanced Server
