my pictures show up fine on AOL but are very small on other browsers

how do I fix the following? I uploaded two pictures to my website with Front Page 98. The pictures look lovely when using AOL, however, when using internet explorer or excite, etc. the pictures are so small you can't see what they are. If I adjust the picture size, it just gets bigger on AOL.<br>
