my modem connects but 10 min later dc's...

my modem is always droping off, after around 10 min, im running win2000, its a new modem....have the standard modem drivers +latest...and nothing works....any1 know how 2 fix it or somewhere i can get a firmware update?

h52pt-3515 (r6793-17) is the serial on the modem,
