My MMC is stuck on stopping services

I want to shut down all needless processes but my services
snap-in is stuck stopping other processes. How do i restart
it or just stop other services ?

Righ-click on an empty area of the Task Bar and open Task Manager. Change to the Process Tab and find MMC.EXE under Image Name. Highlight, right-click and end process.
