Hey all,
I'm having a rather annoying problem with Windows XP Pro. Whenever My Documents is redirected to a network share it forces it to be available offline. It also prevents this feature being turned off again, even for subfolders.
It is a rather annoying problem especially with notebook PCs. The user would once just select the folders they wanted to sycronise but now they are forced to sycronise all of the data, most of which is never used, and this can take considerable time.
I cannot find anything regarding this on Microsoft's web site. Seems like just another annoying unlisted feature Microsoft seems to love including with software nowdays. If anyone has experienced this themselves or found a fix then I'd love to hear your story!
Cheers,
Jeremy
