My desktop is empty when connecting to terminal service

Anybody knows why i cannot see the start menu or any icon on my desktop when connecting to my remote terminal services.
If i connect as the administrator i have the start menu and icons but when connected as any other user i don't see them.

Please let me know if you know the answer,
