For some reason my report title is on page one, but the data doesn't start until page 2- Any ideas? i'm using Crystal 8.5

This could be one of these situations...

1. Do you have the "New Page After" ticked in the properties of the Report Header.

2. Do you have the "New Page Before" ticked in the properties of the section immediately under the Report Header or Page Header - maybe a group ?

3. Does your first (or only) Group have the "Keep Group Together" option set. (I'm talking abou the tick box when you select the Change Group option, not the one in the properties of the group, "Keep Together"). Anyway, if you do and the detail lines in this group are more than the length of the page then it will start the beginning of the group on a new page causing the effect you described.

You could also have blank records. I have seen this before even though it should never happen. Do a record selection formula that says:
Not IsNull({Anyrequiredfield}) to get rid of blank records. Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office
