My computer powers down and reboots every time???? 2

Hey everyone the computer in question is a micron pc with mellinium.
half the drivers were corrupted as well as powering down on its own.
I reformated the hard drive and reinstalled all software to factory specs.

I have run out of ideas. The pc powers down four seconds after the boot process is completed just to reboot on its own with the shut down error and disk scan just to do it all over again.
I have kept the unit on by giving it something to do but as soon as the task is over down it goes. I'm skunked!

Maybe one of these will help..

Right Click on My Computer
Go to Properties
Click on the "Advanced" tab
Click the Startup and recovery button
Under system failure, deselect "Automatically reboot"
