My company e-mails are going to America Online's SPAM folder automatically. The sender did not block us for we sent e-mails to variuos AOL accounts for test. AOL wasn't much help over the phone. Hotmail and netscape receives my company e-mails fine. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas? Thanks....

Okay....you need to contact AOL again and get them to sort it out........it them who configure the settings.

I contacted them and told me theres nothing they can do on theor end. They asked me to go to and to check if we meet the RFC Guidelines/Internet guidelines. At this point I'm confused.
So what you are saying is that any mail you send to an aol account is going directly to the spam folder..... and its happening with any AOL account you send it do?
