MY cisco 2511 is hang pls help me

MY 2511 was working fine a few days ago with--i believe--11.0xx> software. i created a configuration and saved it. yesterday, i> upgraded the RAM so that i could load 12.2xx.the router won't fully boot up, and it never goes into the config or into rommon. i don't get it. again, it was working a few days ago.

Well it sounds like the new RAM would be a likely suspect. Put the old chip(s) back in and see what you get. Could be a bad chip, wrong chip, or not seated properly.
