MX errors

What are the messages you are getting? Any examples from the sendmail log, as well as the headers from a bounced message, would be helpful. FYI, MX errors are usually related to DNS problems, and if everything's been running OK up to now, and you haven't made any changes, it's probably a problem at your ISP. Here is the copy of the errors that we have been getting. I am new at the sendmail program so any insight is welcome.

For some reason, sendmail is routing mail sent to "jese.com" out to the Internet. If this is not your own domain name, then that's OK. However, I suspect it is, because when sendmail is doing a DNS query for "jese.com" it is getting back the IP address of the server it is running on.
Have you made any changes recently? And if so, what were they? It looks like something is set up wrong, and that's what is causing the problem.

Well as far as I know there have been no changes made since the set up. We Virtual Host a various DNS's. Since last monday there have been an increasing amount of our accounts are having this problem and I am having a time trying to find out information. Like all orginization they really to much on the human brain and no books or documintation. So I have really no Idea were to start. According to what I have found, everything seems fine. So can you give me a clue on what to look for??

Without knowing your specific set up, it's difficult to point to one thing and say "change this, and it'll all be OK". However, I had a dig around at and found that there is a FAQ for this at
