I have a 3rd party VM system which is SIP integrated to SM. Aside from production I have a lab VM system as well. Separate HG, RP's etc. This lab was just upgraded to a newer SW version. In doing testing my endpoint is able to successfully call the HG #, access its mailbox and send/receive messages with no problem. Issue is no MWI on the endpoint. I see the VM system is sending the SIP notify, the SM is receiving/sending the SIP notify and when doing a 'status station xxx' the Message Waiting field shows: VM Server. Just no light on the endpoint.
I've made sure the extension doesn't have a mailbox in the prod system and I am not finding any configuration issue different than prod. The physical phone is also fine.
