CS1000 with 1140e phones & CallPilot. I have a couple of sets that have a red message light on and have no mailbox. How do I find out what turned these on and so I can turn them off?

you can search for mwi in cp to see if a mb does not have a matching mwi entered..example: mb 1000 can light a lamp on ext 1010 if you want... add mck key to your station.. press it once, dial the dn where the light is on, press it again the rls

a mik, lights a lamp, a mck turns them off

what rls?

if you turn lamp audit on, it cleans up lamps during drol.. it's on by default prior to rls 3..

btw if you trac a set prior to outting a mb, you may catch lamps on before they cause a problem... unless someone's set has a mik key, the mail turned the lamp on.. if you out a box, the mail can not turn it off..

prior to rls 12, you had to add a box, leave a msg and them delete the msg, delete the box then delete the mwa key

rls 5.5 I'm told. I had already checked CallPilot and didnt find the first phone in there anywhere. I programmed a mck key to my phone and shut the light off the first set.

I tried this with the other phone (3893) and can not shut the light off the same way. Below is the print out of it. Its an ACD set, so this may complicate it. It has a message waiting button for 3576 but there is no mail there either. Thank you.
