I have a customer with a CS1000 with offsite CallPilot linked via PRI. Only a few users are still on Callpilot VM, the rest have been converted to Exchange. During the evening MWI lights are going out on the Callpilot extensions at this one site (don't think it is midnight routine checked ovly does not have 61). I am geting a ton of PRI 265 errors on the point to point, most of them have been on the exchange extensions but one is the Callpilot extension. Is this the cause?
PRI265 DCH: 4 DATA: RESP NONMS 8359 8359 0

I would suspect that the new voice mail is doing a lamp audit at night, and setting what it thinks is the correct state for each mwi.

Is there any reference to the affected extensions in the new vm system?

allenmac I suspected the other voicemail as a possibility also. Unfortunately we are not doing the new mail so I can't physically check it, but they have stated that they have no mailboxes in the new voice mail for these users. I will ask tomorrow if they are referenced any other way.

There are other sites that use Callpilot MWI that work correctly. The other sites are connected with SIP trunks and have 7 digit mailboxes (AC2, site code, mailbox number).

What if you find a lobby or break room phone or otherwise some (new) TN/DN that is outside of the normally recognized dial plan... set the MWI ON using a MIK Key, then see if it ever goes out. If it does, then you "might" have proven it is not either voice mail system causing the issue.
