Nothing, it was a question from a friend, they have a site with a CS1000E that has two customers on it, both use a remote CP Ver 4, but MWA Indicator on IP Sets is not working. They have been told by their vendor that MWA doesn't work on a multi-customer site.
Not knowing the whole story, I'd guess if the vendor said it wouldn't work, there was probably a condition such as "It won't work unless you buy X too".
CallPilot only supports a single customer.
It isn't clear whether each of the cusomers are using the same remote CallPilot. If they are then they will definitely have a problem.
If they are using different remote CallPilots then it might work, but only if the customer numbers were different at each CallPilot and matched the customer numbers at the site in question. Even then I'm not sure there wouldn't be a problem with the NMS.
The remote Callpilots are working fine, and they are recording messages for each of the customers configured the issue is the Message Waiting Lamp indicator, the work around is that they have been told to check their mailboxes for messages frequently!
