Hello,

I am having issue getting my Avaya DHCP phone downloading the firmware from one of my sites.. Each sites host their own DHCP servers.

I have cross reference the site that my IP phone are not able to connect to to get the latest firmware to download to the phone with the once that works and all the setting are the same except for the site IP's address.

Example: This site works:
Port: 83 - use today = 2 : yesterday = 8 @ 10:21:47 Wed 25 Nov
HTTP Service Status File :- F:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\MV_IPTel\data\HTTPdata\46xxsettings.txt
Phone saves/restore today = 0 / 0 : yesterday = 0 / 0

This site doesn't work:
Port: 83 - use today = 0 : yesterday = 0 @ None
HTTP Service Status
Phone saves/restore today = 0 / 0 : yesterday = 0 / 0

any help will be apprecaited.

Stephen

Yes" We used 242 has that's what we used for all my other site that are all working except for just one.. :-(

Can you post the string? Are the phones getting an IP address? What if you plug a computer into a access port configured for the voice VLAN, what then? or an IP Phone configured as an access port? Can you manually configure the PBX Call Server Address and get the phone to work?
