Installing this for the first time. doesn't seem like much needs to be done here. Just looking for any obvious gotcha's. Coming in behind another tech who installed on his laptop to upgrade the phones. the dhcp sso options seem to be working.
Installed on a windows 7pro machine.
upgrading 9641G's via HTTPS
installed the application with the web manager
started both services
downloaded the latest frimware -
Moved all the downloaded files into the https directory.
Noticed that the latest firmware doesn't come with a 46xx settings file. i would think that it would come with every verison.
Antyhing else that needs to be done to allow this to work? Much much appreciated - working at a 911 call center and could use some help. thx -j
