Has anyone installed a ProFusion iS message on hold interface on the CUCM? Muzak (now Mood Media) is telling me I need an Auxillary input on the CUCM.

You will need to configure it as external music on hold. You will need an ISR with an E&M port to accomplish that. It's very well documented at cco as external music on hold.

Isn't the connection to the E&M port an RJ11?
