MUVPN With RADIUS and IPSEC help please

From a remote pc with internet connection, I start muvpn user, and When i am prompted to type the user and password for muvpn all things are correctlly, connexion ok, but I can just ping the optional and external device and impossible to ping the trusted device of the firebox in the remote network, please help..

Check the firewall logs and see if you are being blocked. Also, check to make sure that you passed the IKED phase of negotiation correctly and the IKED process is running on the status report tab of your firewall. You will also need to either add a ANY service with incoming tab set to
from ipsec_users-> trusted, Optional and the outgoing tab set to trusted, optional -> ipsec_users.

Also, make sure you are running 7.2 strong encryption software.
