I've successfully set up the majority of our users for muvpn on their laptops while working away from the office, using dial up. I've also setup my home computer for accessing our network via blueyonder broadband without any issues (once zonealarm has the office network added as a zone). But there is one user who has access set (i know it works via dial-up as i've tested it successfully) who cannot connect when using his ntl broadband connection. He can connect (visible on log and vpn statistics) but cannot get any further. The log has the following entries:

MONITOR - Rejecting peer XAUTH request: not configured

MONITOR - WARNING - No Matching IPSec Policy found for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

MONITOR - get_ipsec_pref: Unable to find channel info for remote(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)

Basically, i'm puzzled as its set up right but doesnt seem to want to work.

Any help appreciated.

I don't know if this is your problem, but some ISP's block VPN's. We have Roadrunner here for our Cable Modem Company, and it works. They offer a free dial-up to subscribers, and it blocks VPN's. It is a choice they make. If it works otherwise, I would assume that the ISP is blocking VPN's.
