Hi,
I have MOH set, and works fine on 6408D+ stations, but I have an issue with 6210 ones.
Music plays only placing the call on hold using the button under volume button; when using hold button (the red one), I only get silence.
Is there anything I have to set to listen it properly?
Thanks,

Music on hold normally does not work when using the hold button on an analog phone. The only time you will hear music with the hold feature is when you use a software hold, like the hold button on a digital phone, or dialing the call hold feature access code. Analog phones normally use a mechanical hold (resistance short across the line to hold the call).

The button under the volume is the flash button, this places the call on a short (system) hold, it is normally used when you want to do transfers or other system functions. You can place a call on a long system hold by hitting the flash and then dialing the hold access code.
The hold buttons on these phones put the call on hold at the phone, not on the system. The call must be on a system hold to receive music on hold.
