Music on hold is not happening in 81c system

Hi,

we have done logical partitioning in our 81C system, After this the MOH is not working for one RART.ie MOH is working for Public (pstn N/W) and its not working for Private N/W. Can any one suggest on this..

You may want to check your Route Data Block specific to your Private N/W and point the Music Prompt to the Music Route:-

LD 21 to PRT (Print)
LD 16 to CHG (Change)
MUS YES
MRT XX (Music Route

is mus turned on for that route? and do you have either broadcast music or a mus trunk in the same group as the new route?

We done logical partitioning and added the public and private routes in Tbar table. In both the routes we configured music yes given the music route also. While testing the calls we are getting music in Public route which is working fine for the last 7 years, in Private route we are not getting music.
We tried to configure one more music route and tried to add it in Tbar, but Music,Miran routes are not possible for adding in Tbar. We cross checked the config of existing working database of another system everything is same. Can anybody help us.
