Music on Hold in place of Ringing Tone. 1

I would like to find out if it is possible to have IPO Server Edition place its internal Music on Hold to callers in place of a ringing tone?

An outside person calls company A. Someone at Company A answers and transfers the call to an extension. Whilst the person was in the process of pressing the transfer key and required extension number the caller heard Music. When the transferring person completed the transfer the caller began to hear a ringing tone until the extension was answered.
Is it possible for the caller not to hear that ringing tone and hear Music until the extension is answered?

Yes, stop doing blind transfers

There are other ways

- Blind Transfer to a Personal HG with empty 1st. announcement at 0 sec and MoH after.
(No transfer return, but you can queue up many callers to the same user)

- Blind transfer to User w/empty 1st. announcement at 0 sec and MoH after.
(NB: Every call to this extn will get the music)

What can I say, I'm a complicated guy

I see nothing wrong in producing a hefty config, as long as the documentation is kept up to date. That generates billable hours as well, kind of important if you plan on surviving.

If I would be the caller I would get angry after some unanswered calls I have to pay for because IPO answered the call.

We have fixed price. But mostly only for private use not business.
