Music on hold, how to activate VMU-HD / MFU internal music.

Via BMS, go to Features -> Music -> Music on Hold and create (if not already) MOH directory number (usually 77, but could be any free directory number in the system). New window will open -> give a name (MOH or whatever), music source directory number -> D420 to use first MOH file from VMU-HD flash disk.
