Refering back to this thread, thread940-1361610.
I have a question with the MVP-130. I know this is to be used for the communications manager only.
The scenario is as follows:
IP500 on one end tied together with a point to point T-1. I am running all IP sets at the remote end and they want to move their fax over there as well.
Is there a way to possibly use 2 of the MVP-130's, one at each end, and use an analog port out of the IP500 into one then route between the 2?

I have done this before. One of the MVP-130's has to be an FXO and the other an FXS. I connected one MVP to my IP 500 via an analog port, connected the MVP to the network (Cox Cable P2P), on the other site connected MVP to the network and plugged in the fax machine. If you call Multi-Tech support, they will help you configure the MVP's on both sides.

You could try AudioCodes, MP11x series are great, they can do SIP with t38 and also H323.

I actually have it talking to the IPO now and this is what I get. when making a call. If you notice at the bottom it is saying no license for Ext711. Also when I present a call to it I get the same response. I think I will order the 3rd party end point license and see if I can get it to talk that way. You can see in the first log where it is confirming registration with the IPO.

Does look like you need the third party end point licence, if it's on 4.2 system status will confirm this.

Or use two of them

Analog in an h323 out (analog port on ip0)
H323 in and analog out (to the fax)
