I was wanting to have Windows95 on my computer, already containing WindowsXP.
I've heard you can have multiple OS on one computer, but I don't know how to go about doing this.

Do I need another Hard disk?

Any information on how to properly do this will be appreseated.

You buy a program "partition magic". YOu use it to resize the existing partition to make room for another one. You put the other operating system on the newly created one. You activate the included "boot magic" to allow the choice during boot up.

Give the wrong symptoms, get the wrong solutions.

or you start from scratch - install 95 on partition 1, then XP on partition 2 - XP creates dual boot menu.

or you buy a second hard drive, install 95 on it (while XP drive is disconnected), then use a boot manager (eg, - free for personal use) to create boot menu.

or.... (many are the ways).

PS. There's an alternative too - you could buy something like Vmware or VirtualPC which allows you to install operating systems inside current one (so no need to reboot). I've tried vmware - good - some restrictions - don't know about virtualPC
