Multiplying 2 Columns

Here is what I need:

Anything in column A with a value higher than 80 then it takes the amount over 80 and multiplies it to column D to equal column E.
 
Close but not exact. If A1=100 then I only need it to multiply the last 20 not the full 100.
 
=MAX((A1-80),0)*D1
