Multipliers locked on a 433 mhz celeron?!

I didn't think that a 433mhz Celeron had locked jumpers...does it???

Thanks..do you know if flashing my bios would give me more options for overclocking. Do you think they would have any FSB changes and voltage changes and such? My board can only do 66, 75, 83 and a hundred mhz and 2.3v is max. Though on my 433 the jumper is locked in so I can't get any more mhz out of it then 488mhz...it seems to need more Voltage to get it too boot into windows. 541 mhz seems to lock-up when getting into windows. Choosing 2.3v works half assly but still locks and soometimes wont boot. Im using an ABit BM6 socket 360...
