Multiple users monitoring on xp

I am setting up a pc so a group of different people can monitor our backup jobs. It is an xp machine. When I log on and create the different server groups and log off they can't see them and I have to set them up for each user (there could be as many as 12 different people logging on)
is there a way i can send these settings to the all users

Hi,
This is not really a Arcserve problem but rather a profile based issue.
When you configure user # 1 and then log on as user # 3 it will not work.
You can do a couple of things here.
Copy the profile of user # 1 and make the other users use that same profile.
Or you can create one generic account that all your 12 users will use.
