Multiple storage groups

Hi all,

Need to create a second mail store to accommodate message journaling. Microsoft recommends adding a storage group for each new mail store (database)

If I create a second storage group, can I place the transaction logs on the same directory where my first storage group transaction logs reside or would it be a better idea to put them under a different directory? Should I just create a second mail store under my first storage group?

For another storage group, they need to go somewhere else.
