multiple sessions of Buisiness Objects 5.1.8

I run our BO reports/queries with this process:

1)Windows Scheduled Task starts a VBScript
2)VBSript starts up BO which runs the report.

I have not been able to have more that two BO sessions start at any one given time....ie: at 0700, I can only have two BO reports run. Is there a setting that I can modify to get around this?
