Hi, I have several users that need to access email on one computer. Is there a way for each person to access their mailbox securely without having to logoff the domain and then logon as themselves?

Sure you can. Within microsoft outlook properties (rightclick mouse and goto properties), create seperate profiles for each user and then for each of them choose "none" under "Logon network security" (to reach here click properties for "microsoft exchange server" for each profile and go to advanced tab).

This way when ever a different user tries to get into outlook it will prompt them their Userid, domainname and password.

Don't forget to set Outlook to prompt for a profile. It's under Tools, Options.
