Is it possible to seperate directories on a single CM 5.2 switch? I'm scratching my head on this one...

We have begun leasing space in our building - part of the lease agreement includes phones/voicemail access.

The problem: Our tenant, Company XYZ presses the directory button on their phone, they can see everyone on the phone system.

The question: Is it possible to seperate or create multiple directories somehow so that Company XYZ presses the Directory button and only can see people in Company XYZ? Likewise, when we press the Directory button, we can't see Company XYZ's people?

Trying to stay away from LDAP and just use CM and the Directory Button.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. ARISTOTLE 384-322 B.C.

I think that happens with tenant partitions, but that's about it.

Otherwise, it's the LDAP solution.

I'm using 'Tenant Partitioning' with all my ESS/LSP sites. Not sure how to seperate directories though using that...

I think you're supposed to limit one tenant from calling another to make that happen. (change tenant 1 --- page 2)

Otherwise, everyone is pretty much allowed to see everything.
