Multiple OAB entries in system folders?

under the "OFFLINE ADDRESS BOOK" section in ESM i have 3 "OAB Version 2". Is this a problem?

2 of them are under the section:
/o=My company/cn=addrlists/cn=oabs/cn=default offline folder
the 2nd one does NOT have any exchange options when i choose properties for it. when i right click it i have the option "mail enable". the 1st one has "mail disable" and does have the exchange options.

the 3rd one is under
EX:/o=My company/ou=My domain
