Multiple IRP Complete Requests BSOD Problem

Hi,

I have a Citrix XP server running Windows 2000 with service pack 3 which every so often Blue Screens with the error:

Stop: Multiple_irp_complete_requests

I have no idea why this is doing this - any help would be appreciated.
