I've been told by my provider there isnt any way to have multiple hold music streams. We are running mutiple call centers from the same place and dont want the branding to get switched between the companies we are representing. We are faced with having to go with generic elevator music instead of the branding and upselling we are doing now. I was wondering if anyone had come up with a clever way to inject that stuff through VM pro breakins or anything that might work. The only issue I see with a breakin is depending on length it can take up our much needed VM port licenses.

if you are using the queing in voicemail pro you could just record what music you want and make it an entry prompt on am menu that times out after say 45 secs.

4.2 will have up to 4 moh... and yes it does work.

Correct.

This isn't MOH...

Take Care

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

4.2 gives System hold (Audio In or WAV)+ 3 WAV's up to 90 secs (on IP500) or 30 secs on 406.

so since we have a 406, we could keep our line in running for the main queue's and have 3 more wav files up to 30 seconds each for other queues if we upgraded to 4.2 ?

thanks for all the info so far :)

Yep, it's only on trial sites at the mo though so you will have to wait for general release.

Thanks for the update. Any idea when the general release would be ?
