Is there any way to this in an Access chart? I know you can do this in Excel on a pivot table, but I haven't found how to do it in a chart generated by Access.

Here's my situation: I'm creating a chart that compares employees by which shift they're on and how they rate (experience level). The Y axis is the rating number, and I want the X axis to first be the shift, then the employee's name. There are 3 shifts, so the graph will divide the employees by which shift they're on, on the X axis.

Hope I'm being clear. Anyone have an idea?
