Hello,

I'm trying to modify my ARS tables to allow calls to a new area code (772)...but there are multiple entries for 772...and when I use the list ars route-chosen 7725551111 it only shows the dialed string as 7. I'm asumming it's having trouble picking a route since there are three, but I can't remove the two I know are wrong.

Any ideas? TIA.

Thanks

The ARS probably has more partitions,
try the command display ars an part 1 and do this too for part 2 and part 3 end so on....
Make changes in the partitions that need one. Please let me know if the information that was provided is helpfull.

I tried the above command, but all three ARS entries appeared in all three partitions.

I think my problem is removing the two erroneous entries from the table....

Thanks
Steve

Now I'm really lost....I tried running a list ars route-chosen command and it says the route is invalid. I have only one 1772 ars entry (the multiple entries are without the 1 prefix).

Help!
