Multiple email addresses

We have a number of companies on the same network who operate under different company names and have different email addresses.
Some users however have more then one email address and have been setup to recieve email on a number of alias.

user1@company1.com (Default)
user1@company2.com
user1@company3.com

However when they reply to an email sent to company3, it displays company1 email address, is there anyway the user can select which address is send to the recp.

No, and you will find that same thing here several times.

The only way in Exchange to do that is to create seperate mailboxes.

There are thirdparty tools and add-ins who will do a similar thing, but I am not keen of those.
