Have a client with 30 offices. They want to run each store independently so that it is not connected live to the head-office server. At the end-of the day they want to connect to the head-office server and send all the changes from individual office server and synchronize.

Is it possible?

If your SQL version is 2005 look up peer to peer as well. However, if you don't want each database to be the same you might want to consider just creating an export of data using DTS\SSIS (depending on SQL version). Both merge and peer to peer will sync the databases so they have the same data.

- Database performance looks fine, it must be the Network!
