No. What I have done in the past was create a new class, inherit from the combobox, make it an OwnerDraw control, and and draw strings, line, rectangles, etc. for both the value member and display member.
I downloaded the vbresourcekit and installed c1componentone for .net. It has a multicolumn combobox. its far from perfect (it doesn't work in windows98, don't ask why) but it'll do.

Try filling the combo box using a query. The query would concatonate two fields into one, thus showing two fields. example of query field equation =lastname&',"&lastname
