multiple clip windows, moving them?

hi, im new to the forum so lo everyone, just got adobe premiere pro 6 and trying to make counter strike movies.
i know u can use the standard effect for location and scale of the wqindow but can isay, have a window shrink, then move to top left and more pop into existence? if so how? do i have to razor into lots lil clips and scale each one and pos? or is there someway i can set an effect to dafe in in power over some frames?

If you only want to shrink, use Motion in P6.x. Motion allows you to scale and position clips as you wish.

To have multiple clips showing at once at various parts of the screen, just repeat the process with clips in parallel on higher tracks and position them so they don't all obscure each other.

The more you do at once, the longer it will take to render, though.
