Multiple client/server app on Citrix

Hi all,

I have a client who wants to use SysPro 6.0 Accounting, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL Server on the same Citrix Server. Are their any disadvantages for doing this? This will be a completely new installation for 15 Users.

Yes there are disadvantages.
Citrix/TS, sql and exchange will start a small internal war over resources, as all are optimised for being dedicated.

In this case, you would need at least 1.5 gig memory system, and dual cpu >2.0 xeon.
Try to tame the apps where possible, on resource sharing.

OUCH! Be careful running those together (especially on a WTS!!)...

I would plead for more machines!
